Mangaluru, Dec 12: Actor Saurabh Bhandary is all set to be seen in the lead role of new Tulu film titled ‘Gabbar Singh’.
The film will be produced by Sathish Poojary Barkoor, presented by producer of Tulu film ‘Ambar Caterers’ Kadandale Suresh Bhandary, and directed by Pradeep Baikadi.
The muhurat of the film was held recently. ‘Gabbar Singh’ will have a unique story. It is said that for the very first time in Coastalwood cinema, scenes with machete will be shot, which are quite regular in all south Indian language films.
The film will be shot at various locations of coastal Karnataka. Seasoned actors Bhojaraj Vamanjoor and Aravind Bolar will be seen in main roles. The lead actress for the film is yet to be finalised. The shooting is set to start soon.
