Konkani movie 'Nirmillem Nirmonem' screened in Kuwait

Kuwait, Nov 23: Super hit Konkani movie 'Nirmillem Nirmonem' was screened in Kuwait at the American International School Auditorium, Maidan Hawally, on November 15 with two shows (2.30 pm and 6:30pm), under the banner of Abbasiya Konkani Families Kuwait (AKFK). Lead actor Pratap Menezes and film producer Henry D’Silva were the guests that arrived to Kuwait.

This movie is based on a unique story on the obstacles and anxieties faced by the person looking for love. It is highly recommended for youth and their parents to watch as it has a beautiful message for them.

The Konkani speaking population from Kuwait came in big numbers to watch the famous movie. Both the shows were houseful. The show was a great success with people’s support.

The movie was released on August 23 in the city of Mangaluru, and has been successfully doing well in theatres in the cities of Karnataka and many other cities worldwide.

Directed by Melwyn Elpel and produced by Henry D’Silva, this film has received a very good response from viewers in Kuwait. Santhosh, Milan Markanja, Jerald and Rayan are the assistant directors of the film. Actors Pratap Menezes, Seema Buthello, Vinny, Ronnie Fernandes (Kuwait), Meenakshi, Hambert (Goa) and other famous personalities of the region are among the vibrant cast. The screen play and co-direction has been written by Norbert John.
