Mangaluru: Girgit fame Shilpa Shetty's Kannada movie ‘Neuron’ to release on Nov 22

Mangaluru, Nov 18: Tulu blockbuster movie Girgit-fame actress is all set to make her debut in Kannada movie 'Neuron' directed by Vikas Pushpagiri, which is getting released on November 22. The movie is produced by Bharani and Vinay.

It was a dream debut for Shilpa in Coastalwood through Girgit. Now she is making her debut in Kannada movie Neuron, which is a science fiction movie. Girgit has got lot of name and fame globally to Shilpa Shetty.

Yuva is playing the lead role in the movie Neuron, along with Shilpa Shetty, Vaishnavi and Jai Jagadish, while Kabir Duhan Singh will play antagonist in the movie.

Shilpa Shetty hails from Puttur and is the daughter of Vasanth and Yashodha Shetty. Before making her debut in Coastalwood, Shilpa worked in Kannada television serials ‘Eradu Kanasu’ and ‘Raja Rani’ which were telecasted on Colors Super.

Shilpa’s next Kannada movie is '100', alongside actor Ramesh Aravind, in which she plays the role of a cop.

Speaking to daijiworld.com Shilpa Shetty said, "Neuron is a science fiction movie and a completely different subject based upon a true incident. I play a very prominent role which has come out really well. I expect people of Mangaluru to support my Kannada movie as they supported the Tulu Girgit movie. Girgit has given me lot of fame not only in Mangaluru but all over the world. I am happy that my two movies Neuron and Girgit will be in theatres at a time. Girgit will be completing 100 days in a few days of time.”
