Mangaluru: Konkani hit ‘Nirmillem Nirmonem’ completes 50-day run at theatres

Mangaluru, Oct 12: Fifty days celebration of screening Konkani film ‘Nirmillem Nirmonem’ was held at PVR cinemas, Forum Fiza Mall in city.

Praveen Tauro, marketing manager of Daijiworld Media Pvt Ltd was chief guest on the occasion. Prof Wilfred Prakash Prabhu Dsouza, in-charge principal of Bantwal Government college, Prashanth Kumar, manager of PVR Cinemas, Junith Pereira, duty manager of PVR, Arun, duty officer PVR, and Shreyas, duty officer PVR were present as guests.

Henry Dsilva Surathkal, producer of the film, welcomed the gathering. Panchu Bantwal, artiste, rendered the vote of Thanks. Melwin Elpel, director, Norbert John, co-director and screenplay writer, Santhosh Rai Mulleria, associate director, Rayan and Jerald, assistant directors, Vinny Fernandes, John Dsouza Salethoor, Antony Lobo Kulur, Noyal, Baby Niyona and other artistes were present.



Show sponsors Godwin Sparkle, Precilla, Ranjan Dsa, Lavina Danthy, Hera Pinto, and Reshma Sawanth were called to honour.

Actors Prathap Menezes, Seema Buthello, Ronnie Fernandes, Hera Pinto, Godwin Sparkle, Arun Nazreth, Aloysious, Merlyn, Humbert Fernandes, Reshma Sawanth, Kavitha, Jiya, Reevan, Charles Gomes, Helen Noronha, Anjelita, Shanthi, Meenakshi Martins, Socia Pinto, Felix Neerude, Felix, Lavina Danthy, Rolfy Dcosta, Rolfy Gonsalves, John Mendonca, Pramitha Mendonca and other artistes have acted in the movie.

The movie has songs of late Wilfy Rembimbus. Music is by Pappan and Joswin. Manjunath Hegde handled cinematography.

The film is filled with moral and human values said Prof Wilfred Prakash Prabhu D’Souza.

Praveen Tauro congratulated the producer and team for grand successful 50 days.
