Mumbai, Jul 4: The Delhi high court judgment of making homosexuality legal on July 2 must have as sigh of relief for many homosexuals out there. However, post judgment one person who could withhold herself for expressing her emotions was tinsel town diva Celina Jaitley.

“With great pride and tears I would like to congratulate the entire LGBT community. Homosexuality is now legal in India. Our long battle is won and with pride can the gay walk with their heads held high,” says Celina.

Under Section 377, a law from the British Raj era says homosexuality and unnatural sex is a criminal act. Decriminalizing homosexuality has come as an amendment of this law. Thus, this judgement has become a benchmark in the history of law.

And yes, let me clarify something else. Celina herself doesnt belong to that group!

If she has faith about Gay people she can do more works to improve their health, provide shelter to them, job to them etc. But making press conference, releasing pictures is nothing but just a Publicity Stunt of Miss. Celina Jaitley

ones sexuality is a private affair.100 years ago sati and child marriage(in some cases acceptable even today) where the norm !people raised a big hue cry about it. today it is a taboo with every one. male gender generally have a taboo against every thing . one should leave ego and pride aside and accept every one as a child of god irrespective of ones sexual orientation. PS im not gay but i support freedom of expression even though its against my personal belief

The argument is not about disrespecting their existence as living being on the contrary we are talking against their ideology and sexual orientation. In this beautiful world several ideoligies exists both good and bad.  As a respected human being we should choose ideology which fits the morality. Homosexuality is a desease by itself, which needs to be treated or else this will spread to our homes.

Can they breed their like ones???? If yes, please go ahead and legalise it. If no, dont legalise it but let be there as evil, but dont discriminate them, dont hate them, but accept them as abnormals. Try to mould them and bring them in to the main stream.

This is something going against to God''s will and plan. There will not be any traditions or customs and celebration of wonderful wedding ceremonies in India if this runs for a long term. Hope this legalization will be temporary.

Oh! God pls save us all. It will be scary to walk on the road hereafter. Coz no time any one will be attracted with the same sex!!

God created male & female animals including human being to make their species survive to the next generation. If the whole world turns homo then there won''t be the generation next. In case of Celine Jaitley, love is really blind.

I think its high time we people change. Why is everyone here thinking that if two people sit together its only for SEX. We people are getting too obsessed with SEX. Two people can be together for various reasons. its only when we go beyond our boundaries and think we will know the actual pain of what another human being thinks.

Please don''t forget that homosexuals are human beings are just like you and me. Just because they are not attracted to a person of another sex we cannot discriminate them. God had many plans for us how many have we followed?

There are two sides to this. Legal rights and moral values. High court judgement deals with only legal rights. Homosexuality like alchoholism or other vices is may be an aberration but one must empathise rather than dismissing them as criminals. It is prevalent among animals too, so is normal sex. It''s so much better than rape, child abuse. Religion even terms masturbation as sin but law does not forbid it. As per medical opinion it''s natural. So why the fuss about Gay rights?

When few number of Gays and Lesbians unite together to spread their word around, why can''t we unite together to convey the message that their act is shameful. This agitation will surely over power their shameful act thus creating a healthy family life. Healthy family life creates healthy soceity.

This is india every single living is respected even an insect is respected . nature creations are all beautiful and homosexulity is no different then nature''s creation, please understand what is homosexuality and judge, homosexality is also found in the mamals.

Indian culture always respected this variance of nature , but the western invasion had imposed few of the foreign thoughts and the prohibition was brought by British .. so lets be proper Indian and let respect their nature as it is. Do not get intimidated by anybody else sexuality.

I am apalled at these turn of events, as much as any other! Can it truly be beleived that that these things are now accepted in our society? There is nothing that I have to say that isn''t already said. Our only course of action is to pray for these horribly misguided souls.

Any one LOOKING at these pictures gets a shiver down their spines...What some one mentioned earlier is quite accurate...India will soon become another Sodom and Gomorrah..Our India should never stoop to such levels. It is highly wrong. I do not and cannot understand what makes these people motivated to take up gayness and lesbianism. I wish only that these people open their eyes and realize what they are doing is WRONG!

Procreation is a gift for a Male and a Female.Arguement ends there.Savouring goodness of God and pleasuredriven selfish lusts are two differnt matters. I am surely not anti-gay, I do understand thier plight, and see them as victims rather than culprits. I think, gay culture has spread due to lack of proper intro into sex life, and the responsibilty that goes with it. High court judgement on this matter is really to be appreciated in a sense that civil society does not discriminate the victims. But that does not say,we shouldnt work to eliminate or minimise this perversion."Healthy people do not need a doctor, but the sick."I think all of us remember who said it? A healthy family is the best remedy for the society, and as Pope John PaulII said it, the future of the society indeed passes through the family. Let us not misunderstand high court judgement. It is solely on discrimnation, am I right?

Sad that India the most beautiful & the most sacred country in all the world over has bowed to such a low and henious act legally. Politicians where are you? Pub Culture for women is against everything in India. What about this GAYISM & LESBIANISM - is it gladly acceptable in society??? What a shame, mankind heading to such an act which is totally unlawful in God''s eye...
