Dubai: 'Mangalore Konkans' Announces Annual Events

Dubai, Jun 10: Mangalore Konkans Dubai, for the past twenty-one years has been the role model to similar aspiring associations and organizations who wish to serve the community through social, cultural and charitable events.

This association has not restricted itself to the Konkani-speaking community only, but has served and welcomed other communities as well, all of which make up the vibrant and dynamic society of the U.A.E.  Mangalore Konkans Dubai and its members are well known in many parts of the Gulf, India and other countries, for their pioneering work and skills in various arenas of professionalism.

People from all walks of life, in the U.A.E., India and overseas, have benefited from the selfless service of Mangalore Konkans Dubai.

Though Mangalore Konkans Dubai has its roots in the Konkani traditions and language, it has not only focused on the enhancement of this great culture, but has also opened up other avenues of professional and personal development to the community, such as public speaking and youth leadership workshops, medical and parental guidance seminars, singing, drama and other cultural competitions, sports and related physical activities etc.

More importantly, the association has provided financial assistance to those in need of medical and educational aid, accident victims and sick, in the country, India, Africa and other Asian countries through community welfare and relief funds, religious and social requirements.

Mangalore Konkans Dubai is intertwined with its generous sponsors, benefactors and well-wishers, and owes a major part of its success to them who, year after year, have given their unstinted support and cooperation to the association whenever called upon to do so.  Mangalore Konkans Dubai is indebted to them and takes this opportunity to thank all its patrons and supporters whose presence and assistance have been vital for all their achievements in bringing its services to the community.
