Mangaluru: Coastalwood to witness unique Tulu film ‘Vikranth’

Mangaluru, May 30: Tulu film ‘Vikranth’ is going to be one-of-its-kind film in Coastalwood. He film, directed by Naveen Marla, will see many Yakshagana artistes.

Vinod Shetty Kenjar will be seen in the main role along with Sheethal Nayak. Aravind Bolar, Ramesh Rai Kukkuvalli, Shruthi Kasargod, Bhagyaraj Koila, Sharan Shetty, and Kanthappa Shetty are also in the cast.

Senior Yakshagana artistes Madoor Radhakrishna Navad, Bantwal Jayarama Acharya, and Dinesh Shettigar Kodapadavu will also feature in the film.

The story, dialogue and screenplay is by Naveen Marla whereas cinematography is by Ravi Suvarna. Jagadish Shetty Kenchanakere has co-directed the film.

There will be five songs in the film and H K Nayanadu has written lyrics. Bhasker Rao B C Road has rendered background score.
