Bhayandar Church Organizes Konkani Retreat

Mumbai, March 16: Konkani Catholic Welfare Association (KCWA) along with Our Lady of Nazareth Church, Bhayandar (West) in the city, organized one-day Konkani Retreat on Wednesday March 11, at Our Lady of Nazareth Church.

George A Sequeira, president, KCWA, welcomed the people. The programme started with the lighting of the lamp by Fr Allywin D'Silva, parish priest of OLN Church, Fr Walter D'Souza, assistant priest and Bro Vincent, prayer group leader, Malad. About 750 people participated in the retreat. Morning tea, lunch and evening tea were served at the venue.



Evening mass was celebrated by Fr Richard Lasrado, Victoria Church.

At the end, copies of the souvenir titled 'Book Mark' were distributed to all the participants.
