Movie to be screened in 200 centers

Mangaluru Mar 29: One of the most awaited Coastalwood movies 'Katapadi Kattappa' directed by J P Tuminad was released here at Jyothi Theatre on Friday, March 29.
Founder president of Biruver Kudla Uday Poojary and Charishma Ameen Farangipete play the lead roles in the movie. Barke Yagnesh, Vijay Kumar Kodialbail, Bhojraj Vamanjoor are also playing importnat roles in the movie.
Rudramani has captured the movie, Ganesh Neerchal is the editor and music is composed by Prakash. The movie will release at more than 200 centers in India and abroad.
The movie had set a benchmark when Kiccha Sudeep released its audio in the month of April last year. Since then, ‘Katapadi Kattappa’ has created lot of expectations with the posters of film becoming viral. ‘Katapadi Kattappa’ is one of the most anticipated Tulu movies in 2019.
Uday Poojary has made his debut in Katapadi Kattappa and has played the role of a cop. Uday Poojary Ballalbagh is known for this social service from past several years. Biruver Kudla under the aegis of Uday Poojary holds tiger dance to raise funds for needy.
