Mangaluru, Mar 1: The annual second pre university (PU) examination, which will be crucial to decide the future of 6.73 lac students from all over Karnataka who will be appearing for it, went under way on Friday, March 1. The examination will continue till March 18. Both regular students and private candidates are appearing for the examination.
Both the PU Education department and police department have introduced various measures to stop irregularities in the examinations and plug question paper leakage, which had marred the examination process in the past.
