Panaji: Former President of India Dr A P J Abdul Kalam to Visit Goa

Panaji, Feb 6: Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, former President of India, will be coming to Goa  in Friday February 6,  on a two-day visit.

Dr Kalam, who will be arriving in  Goa from Kulkoti, Gadag district in Karnataka, will stay at the guest house in the Raj Bhavan, Dona Paula.

The former President will inaugurate the Dairy Industry Conference being organized by the Indian Dairy Association at Kala Academy, Panaji at 10.30 am on February 7, 2009.

Dr  Kalam will later proceed to BITS Pilani, Goa campus, Zuari Nagar where he will inaugurate the QUARK 2009 Academy Festival at 12.15 pm  and later address and interact with the students there.

He will leave Goa for New Delhi at 2.3o pm on February 7, 2009.
