Swami Swaroopanand of Badrinath Math Makes First Visit to Metro

Mumbai, Nov 25:
Sri Swaroopanand Saraswati Swami of Badrinath and Dwarakadishwar Math, arrived at Sri Ganeshpuri Nityanand temple, Bhivandi, in  suburban Thane, on his first visit to the metro on Sunday November 23.
 
Swami Swaroopanand was accorded a grand welcome when he arrived at the temple on the invitation of the Bhagwan Nityanand Mission. He offered puja to the temple deity on the occasion. Swami Swaroopanand also graced the mega religious meet and blessed the large gathering of devotees.
 


Mohan Ravle, veteran Shiv Sena leader and MP, presided over the religious meet. Tonse Jayakrishna A Shetty, founder of NGO Jayasrikrishna Parisara Premi Samiti, and his wife Shoba J Shetty, were also present.
 
MLA Vishnu Savara, Congress Mumbai unit chief Kripashankar Singh, Shramajeevi Sanghatana president Vivek Pandit, Ganeshpuri panchayat president Gurunat Harikom, Ganeshpuri panchayat vice-president Mukesh H Patil, programme organizers Mahesh Nayak and Praveen Shetty, Sanatole, were the guests of honour present on the dais.
 
Jayasrikrishna Parisara Premi Samiti president Vishwanat U Mada, honorary secretary Rons Bantwal, joint secretaries Harish Kumar M Shetty and Tonse Sanjeev Poojary, honorary joint treasurer Harry R Sequeira Ferrar, Kulala Sangh president P K Salian, Ratnakar Shetty Morla, Sri Gurudeva Seva Balaga Maharastra unit vice president Chandrahas Rai, and veteran hotelier Raghuram Shetty, were present on the occasion.
