Dubai: 'Udentichim Neketram’ to Elect New Office Bearers on Dec 5

Dubai, Nov 17: ‘Udentichim Neketram’ The Moodbidri Varado Catholic Association announces it’s Annual General Body Meeting and the Management Committee Election for the year 2009-10, which will be held on Friday, December 5, 2008 at 10.00 a.m. at the Conference Hall, fifth Floor, Karama Centre, Dubai, U.A.E.

During the General Body Meeting, the following shall be accomplished in addition to the election of the Management Committee Members including Office Bearers;

The minutes of the preceding year shall be read and confirmed.

Any resolution duly brought forward by the members with the permission of the chair shall be transacted. Members having such resolution if any should be submitted to the Managing Committee via email (email address given below) well before 10 days prior to the election date.
The proceedings of the election shall abide by the rules & regulation laid in the Constitution of the Association.

The aspiring contenders who desire to contest for the election for Office Bearer Posts, they may email their nominations along with the name of their Parish back home and the contact number, to the Management Committee at the soonest.

All the members of the Association and the Parishners belonging to the churches Alangar, Anegudde, Belvai, Gantalkatte, Hospet, Moodbidri, Nellikar, Paladka, Sampige, Shirthady, Siddakate, Taccode and Vamadapadavu of Moodbidri Varado are cordially invited to take part in the election and to witness the eventuality.

The above notification is strictly for the Association Members and their immediate families only. Breakfast and lunch will be served to the members.
