Yesha attended 12-hour workshop to learn mujra

Mumbai, Oct 3 (IANS): Actress Yesha Rughani had to learn the art of mujra as it was a requirement for her character in the show "Musakaan". So, the non-dancer attended a 12-hour workshop on it.

Before shooting for the show, she learnt mujra and got the right postures and hand movements.

"Only understanding the character mentally is not enough. I had to even physically prepare myself for the role of Musakaan. I am not a dancer and my role demands at least a lot of dancing. I had to work myself on that part," Yesha said in a statement.

"Long hours of workshop helped me a lot to understand the detailing of mujra. It's not an easy dance form and one cannot get the flow overnight. I am still learning and getting better," she added.
