Cultural Events Mark Silver Jubilee Celebrations of Mumbai Bunts

Mumbai, Nov 3: The silver jubilee celebration of Mumbai Bunts Association was held on Saturday November 1, at Shanmukanand auditorium, located at Kings Circle here.
The programme was presided over by Association president lawyer Ashok D Shetty.
State minister Suresh Shetty was specially invitee while M R G Group chief executive officer K Prakash Shetty was the chief guest, inaugurated silver jubilee cultural programme by symbolically laying the new shoots of palm into the already filled rice quantum measure. 
Bunts Association former president B Vivek Shetty, Jayakrishna Parisara Premi Samiti founder president Tonse Jayakrishna A Shetty and movie actor Ravichandran were the guests of honour.

Association vice president Jayant K Shetty, honorary chief secretary lawyer Ratnakar V Shetty, honorary treasurer Santosh Kumar R Shetty, women wing executive president Vineeta C Shetty, joint secretary Suresh G Shetty, joint treasurer B A Sadashiv Rai and founder president Dr Shyam N Shetty, founder vice president Sarvottam S Shetty, Babu S Shetty, secretary Sanjeev Shetty, former president Hejamady Vittal Shetty, Hiriyanna Y Shetty, P Bhaskar Shetty, Jayaram Malli, Anand V Shetty, N C Shetty, Dr Shyam N Shetty and others were present at the dais.  Association president lawyer Ashok Shetty all of them by draping the shawl and presented with flower bouquet and mementoes.
Musical concert by Padmanabha Sasihitlu music group was held as part of entertainment programme, besides variety entertainments by Rajyotsav award winner Sasihitlu Youth Club, Karan Dance Group and JAVAB troupe.
Cultural committee executive president Jaya N Shetty welcomed the gathering.  Chandra Tilak and Sujata K Shetty invoked the prayers.  M B Vittal Rai proposed vote of thanks.  C V Shetty compered the programme.
