Diwali is a festival that gets rid of darkness from one's life and fills life with bright good aspects. Bright good aspects from the life of Kudubis of Permude have been forcibly removed. Can Mr. Basu hear their cry?

Deepavali ( Diwali) has been celebrated by all irrespective of religious beliefs in Mangalore and karnataka. It has only to be seen hence forth what has been left of this co-existance, this joining hands and bursting of crackers, of lighting of night lamps on corners of the fields with lot of preparation during the days prior to Diwali, distribution of sweets to christians and muslims alike... What is left of this great tradition of sharing caring and celebration???

Let the issues that have been created in the past months not stop us from celebration.. Because the people who created the mayhem and on to it are not really what the religion calls for... they are only interested in winning the forthcoming election to the centre... Karnataka WAS PLANNED AND USED AS A STEPPING STONE TO WIN THE CENTRE.. And the sangh parivaar ( VHP/BJP/BD/BJP&Co.) have really STEPPED on Karnataka and on the wrong places with an excessive ambition to win the centre for BJP & Co..

Let us celebrate Diwali while not giving any chance for these POLITICAL creatures that do not behave with the civilised cultured society that existed from a long time till the society got corrupted with the decent of the FEW CHIEFS OF PARTIES WHO HAVE SOWN SEEDS OF THINGS THAT DO NOT MAKE US Kannadigaas, Mangaloreans, Kanarites, and what ever good names we can call ourselves BUT BJP or Congress or JD or what ever... We are one, peace loving and waiting to celebrate DEEPAAVALI... with AMAR AKBAR AND ANTHONY....

Happy Diwali to all. Hopefully the Diwali festival lightens up the mind of the groups recently involved with breaking the churches in India. The festive spirit help them to love one another rather hating the fellow humans. God Bless
