Mangaluru: Tulu film ‘Pammanne the Great’ to hit screens on Aug 24

Mangaluru, Aug 23: Ismael Moodshedde’s Tulu film ‘Pammanne the Great’ is set to hit screens in coastal Karnataka on August 24.

Ismael Moodshedde has also written the story, screenplay and dialogues. Cinematography is handled by R K Mangaluru.

Pruthvi Ambar and Shilpa Suvarna play the lead. It will also feature Aravind Bolar in a very special character. Child artiste Dhvanith Suvarna Kateel and Sandalwood’s Ramesh Pandit will also be part of the film. Pran Shetty and Vijay Mayya will play negative roles.

Music for the film has been composed by S P Chandrakanth. Seetharam Kulal, Suresh R S, Harshith Someshwar and K V Krishnakanth have written the lyrics. The special attraction of the film is the evergreen song from 'Pagetha Puge', a big hit in the seventies, 'Mokeda Singari', which will be sung by well-known Sandalwood singer Rajesh Krishnan for the film.
