Mangalore, Oct 5: Every person has the right to propagate their religion. But, one does not have the right to forcibly convert others, said Dr Reena Noronha, dean, post graduate department of social work, Roshni Nilaya. 

Inaugurating the human rights committee at Government Pre-University Girls College, Car street, she suggested the new generation involve itself in building society. P P Joseph presided over the function. Human rights committee president Kolladi Balakrishna Rai, delivered a lecture. Shyamala, lecturer, welcomed the gathering and Vishnumurthy compered.
