Mumbai, Oct 4: The women’s wing of the Billava Association in the metro held a ‘Lalita Sahasra Kumkumarchane’ and ‘Mangalarati’ programme as part of Navaratri Utsav here on Friday October 3.
Malati Kripashankar Singh was the chief guest on the occasion, who inaugurated the Utsav by lighting the lamp. Sri Suvarna Baba of Rundamalini temple, Powai, graced the occasion.
Women’s wing members including vice-president S Poojary, Pushpalata N Salian, Vasanti A Salaskar, Sumitra S Bangera, Sumalata V Amin, Billava Association president, Jaya C Suvarna, vice-president Y Nagesh, V R Kotian, M B Kukyan, and executive committee members Devendra V Bangera, C T Salian, Shankar D Poojary, Dharmesh S Salian, and Gangadhar Poojary, were also present.
