‘Benpinori Tinpinori’, a Tulu play was staged at the Dr Vishweshwarayya auditorium, Matunga, recently, in aid of Sri Krishna Vittal Foundation. The stage programme was presided over by Bala Srinivas Bhat.



Hotel Gokulanand proprietor Krishna V Acharya, Money-fold Credit Society director Suresh Bhandary, and JAVAB former president N C Shetty, were the chief guests on the occasion.
 
Veteran writer, director, and stage artiste Balakrishna Nidwannaya, and wife Satyabhama, veteran Yakshagana play back musician Purushottam Belman and wife Sharada, and Navin D Padil, were honoured on the occasion.
 
Founder chairman of the foundation, Vidhwan Kairabettu Vishwanath Bhat, chief secretary Harish S Shetty, joint secretary Ashok Pakkala, trustees Suma V Bhat, Kalattur Vishwanath Shetty, Avinash Shastri, and K Sadanand Upadhyaya, were present on the dais.
