Mumbai, Apr 25: Gopalakrishna Public Trust, Gokula Sion on April 22 celebrated the birth anniversary of Adi Shankeracharya with the participation of BSKB Association and Subrahmanya Seva Sangha at Nerul.
The portrait of Shankeracharya was installed in a decorated podium after morning prayers.
Priests Krishnaraj and Pratap Rao who arrived from Udupi conducted several religious rituals. P C N Rao, Vani Rao couple, U R Rao, Indrani Rao couple, Rathnaker Rao, Ramadevi couple, Girish Rao and Anitha Rao couple took part in the rituals.
The programme concluded after distribution of theertha prasada and meals. Gopalakrishna Public Trust, BSKB Association, office bearers of Subrahmanya Seva Sangha and devotees were present.
