Mangaluru's Sanjana Shetty inching towards fame in glitzy glamour world

Mangaluru, Apr 22: Every individual has a hidden talent which needs the right platform to showcase it. Sanjana Shetty is one such talent who got the exposure and is today inching herself towards fame in the glitzy glamour world.

Sanjana Shetty daughter of Sathish Shetty and Pushpa Shetty was born and brought up in Ujire. Sanjana completed her B.Com at SDM College Ujire and went on to do diploma in interior designing from Vogue Institute.

Sanjana was more inclined towards films and fashion, who wanted to explore her to make a mark in this field. She started off her modeling career on a positive note after she made in to top 16 of Femina style Diva south.

There popped out a chance for Sanjana in Tamil Television advertisement, Sanjana was seen in advertisements such as Tangamayii Jewelery, Sri Murugan app, Velvan jewellers, SPP silks and textiles. She also shot for designer clothes and online brands.

It was indeed a dream come true for Sanjana to make her debut in Sandalwood. This was a golden opportunity for Sanjana to share screen along with Golden Star Ganesh in 'Chamak'.

Speaking about her role in Chamak, Sanjana says," Even though it was a small cameo role in 'Chamak', I did not want to miss this opportunity to act opposite Golden star Ganesh."

It was director Pawan Ranadheer who roped in Sanjana Shetty to play the lead role in 'Cafe Garage'. Sanjana is playing a role of Ananya in 'Cafe Garage', who is the owner's daughter of a coffee shop. She is portraying the girl next door and a typical Mysore girl.

Speaking to Daijiworld, Sanjana Shetty said, "I was waiting for a right script and good team to work with. My Dad was the only person who believed in me when I said years ago that I want to make name in movies and be successful in film industry. He always encourages me. I have one of my cousin sisters Krishma Rai she has been a support system in many ways when my family is not around me."

She further said, "In my journey of movies there were several hurdles, out of which I was lucky to be on board of 'Cafe Garage'. Am also looking forward to work in Telugu industry, some projects are on talk and I have not finalized yet."

Speaking about Tulu film Industry, Sanjana says, "I love watching Tulu movies, it' is so entertaining. I would like to work with Arjun Kaapikad as he looks very promising in Tulu industry."
