Aamir Khan too Busy to Attend Parties

Mumbai, Aug 28: Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan hasn’t been able to make it to three parties he was invited to in the last two weeks.

The last party Aamir attended was the birthday bash of Katrina Kaif which turned sour because of the fight between Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan. Aamir even tried to play a peacemaker between the two warring Khans, but to no use.

avoiding parties like plague.

First, he was invited to Rani Mukherjee ’s house-warming party but he did not attend it. He rather preferred to fly down to south to accept an award at the Gollapudi Srinivas Memorial.

After that, Aamir was invited to Saif Ali Khan ’s birthday party that was hosted by none other than Saif’s size-zero squeeze Kareena Kapoor . However, Aamir found an excuse again to skip the bash.

And recently, Aamir almost made it to the gates of the promotional party of Rock On thrown by producer Ritesh Sidhwani . But he just waited outside to pick his wife Kiran Rao and drove away.

The buzz is that Aamir is skipping these parties because he is avoiding Shahrukh. Aamir doesn’t want to affect his equation with Salman by getting too friendly with SRK. The industry is divided in two camps liking either SRK or Sallu, but Aamir doesn’t want to be part of any such camp.

However, a source close to the actor is quoted as saying that Aamir has been too busy to attend the parties. As for avoiding SRK, the source says Aamir does not trouble himself with such trivial thoughts. He remains a friend to both Salman and SRK.
