Mangaluru, Feb 12: The shooting of actor Arjun Kapikad’s next Tulu film ‘Karne’ directed by Saakshath began at Malpe recently.
‘Karne’ would be Arjun’s 10th film in Coastalwood. Chirashree Anchan will play the female lead in the film. Rakshith S Kotian and Rakshith H Salian will produce the film.
The muhurat of the film was held on February 5. The teaser of the film had received a good response on social media.
Devadas Kapikad, Aravind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Gopinath Bhatt, Visamy Vinayak, Manju Rai Muluru, Kudla Sai Krishna and others will feature in prominent roles.
Raghu Dhanvanthri will compose music for three songs in the film. One of the songs will be written by Devadas Kapikad. Cinematography will be handled by Aaruru Sudhakar Shetty.
