Kolkata, Feb 4 (IANS): A fire broke out in a slum here on Sunday and was being tackled, a fire services official said. No injuries were reported yet.
"A fire broke out in a slum opposite to Rajabazar Science College at around 4.30 p.m. The houses in the slum are being evacuated. No injuries have been reported yet in the incident," said the official from city fire control headquarters.
Ten fire tenders have been sent to douse the fire, he added.
