Mangaluru, Jan 9: Tulu blockbuster ‘Chaali Polilu’ will be screened on January 9 at the maiden Tulu film festival which is being held from January 5 to 11 in the city.
The film will be screened at Cinepolis, City Centre Mall at 7 pm.
‘Chaali Polilu’ ran for 511 days creating a new record in Coastalwood. It stars Devdas Kapikad, Naveen D Padil, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Aravind Bolar, Sundar Rai Mandara, Lakshman Kumar Mooluru, Chethan Rai, Arjun Kapikad and others.
The film is produced by Prakash Pandeshwar and directed by Veerendra Shetty Kavoor.
Tulu Films Producers Association’s film festival is in progress at City Centre Mall's Cinepolis and Don Bosco hall on Balmatta road. On both the screens, about seven to eight films will be screened every day. The ticket will cost as low as Rs 100.
