Mangalore: Policeman Charged with Misbehaviour

MANGALORE, Jul 5: Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police Ajit Kumar attached to the Barke Police Station allegedly misbehaved with a 20-year-old woman while on duty at the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation’s central bus stand here on Friday.

The incident came to light when three people objected to the behaviour of the police officer and raised an alarm. When the officer refused to relent, the trio purportedly overpowered him and took both the girl and the officer to the Barke Police Station.

The three people who came to the rescue of the girl are: Deepak Kumar (22), Ganesh Shetty (25) and Arun Kumar (24).

A case has been registered.

    People should punish the culprits at the spot for the incidents like eve teasing, misbehaving, robbery & any crimes. Don't hand over the culprits to police at any cost. People know what is right & wrong. All of you three should bashed this guy left & right so that at least he have some permanent marks on his face to remember for his misadventure.
