Daijiworld Media Network - Mangalore (SP)

Mangalore, Jun 21: Dakshina Kannada district committee of the Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) which has been pressing for a CBI investigation into Padmapriya's death, is seeking to bring together like-minded organizations to force the state government to order CBI inquiry into the case.

Through a release, the DYFI has informed, that it would be convening a consultative meeting of organizations sympathic to its pursuits at 5 pm on Monday June 23 at the Vikasa office near State Bank of India Port Road branch to discuss the issue threadbare and arrive at a decision.

Criticizing the state government for turning a deaf ear to the cry for a CBI inquiry as demanded by the people of the state in general who feel that Padmapriya's murder was the result of a well-planned conspiracy. The state government is directly involved in the case and the dubious roles of MLA Raghupathi Bhat, state home minister and police officials in the conspiracy are quite apparent. Henc, the committee has alleged and invited people concurring with these views to attend the meeting in large numbers and support its endeavours.

Mr.Dayanand why should the case be handed over to Mumbai police? There is no difference between any of the state police in India. Investigation should be handed over to CBI only.

It is a big joke. The same Organisation which should have taken care of the youth, education system, capitation fees, transperency in admissions to educational institutions seems to be more concerned about an issue for the " glamour" in it.God save the youth which belive in such leadership.
