Mangaluru: Tulu film ‘Ambar Caterers’ audio to be released on Sep 29

Mangaluru, Sep 27: The release of the CD of the soundtrack of ‘Ambar Caterers’, a big budget Tulu film produced under the banner of Nageshwara Cine Combines will take place at Abhayashram, Asaigoli on September 29 at 4 pm.

Suresh S Bhandary is the producer and Jai Prasad Bajal is the director of the film. Saurabh Bhandary, the hero of the film will make his debut with this film. Sindhu Loknath is the heroine. Bharathi Vishnuvardhan and Sharath Lohitashwa of Sandalwood have acted in the film. Kuseldarase Naveen D Padil, Aravind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor and others are in the main cast. Santhosh Rai Pataje has handled the cinematography.

Films in Tulu are being produced within a set budget as the theatres, market and audience are limited. Therefore, the grand get up that is seen in other language films cannot be seen here. However, Amber Caterers corrects this drawback. The entry of hero Saurabh Bhandary is said to be outstanding. Rs 17 lac have been spent for the entry song. Some of the Tulu films are produced within Rs 17 lac.

Stunts and fights are less in Tulu films. But Rs five lac have been spent on fight sequences alone in ‘Ambar Caterers’. The film is likely to be released in October.

Rs 17 lac for entry song

The songs of the much awaited film will be presented to the audience on September 29. Music by well known music director Manikanth Kadri will be pleasing to the ears of listeners, says the film troupe. They said that there are four songs which the audience will fall in love with.

Nithin Bangera Chilimbi has written the wedding song 'Lingona pullina madimeda gaujiya'. Vismaya Vinayak has sung the song. ‘Ramadhootha Hanumantha’ sung by Bollywood fame singer Shanker Mahadevan is the song introducing the hero. The song of lovers with lyrics by director Jai Prasad Bajal, 'Kanat onji kanane, Theripand ninane' is sung by Anuradha Bhat. She has also rendered her voice for the item song written by Jai Prasad Bajal 'Toole moole aaji kaaji Padthina onji ponnana'.
