Mangaluru, Sep 23: As the coastal districts immerse in the sea of festivities this Navarathri, coastalwood stars join in. Mega stars of Tulu film industry, Devdas Kapikad, Naveen D Padil and Bhojraj Vamanjoor are likely to be spotted at temple visits, as they too mark the observe of the festival.

I observe a vegetarian diet during the nine days of Navaratri. I go to Kudroli, Kateel, Polali, Mangaladevi, Urva Mariguddi among other temples in the city, with my family. We visit and offer prayers there, said Devdas Kapikad.
