Lahore: Pakistan Board Allows Shoaib to Play in IPL

Lahore, Apr 30: The five-year ban on controversial Pakistani fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar was on Wednesday upheld by the Pakistan Cricket Board's (PCB) disciplinary committee.

Akhtar continues to be banned from representing Pakistan, but is now free to play anywhere else in the world, he can play in the DLF-IPL. His apology has played a role in him being allowed to play outside Pakistan.
