Mangaluru, Jul 13: The muhurat of new Konkani film 'Saunsar' was held on July 9 at Dongarkeri Ganapathi Mandira.
'Saunsar' is written and will be directed by Laxmish Nayak. The shooting for the film will be held in different places in Mangaluru for 22 days. The director informed that outdoor shooting has been planned to be completed in Goa.
Incidents that are coming across in a family are the essence of the story. Harish Nayak is the hero of the film. Konkani Kala Samrat Dinesh Kamath will act as the father of the hero. The search for the heroine is in progress. Auditions for different parts in the film were held on July 5.
It is the second project from Sai Cini Arts Panchami Creation. They had produced a film of one hour and ten minutes duration earlier. It is in its post-production stage now.
