Mangaluru: Tulu film 'Golmaal' completes first schedule of shooting

Mangaluru, Jun 20: Ramanand Nayak Karkala's directorial venture Tulu film 'Golmal' has completed its first schedule of shooting.

The comedy-thriller is said to be planned to be shot in 42 days. The shooting has been divided into three schedules. Six days of the first schedule of shooting have been completed. The cast and crew have stopped the progress due to rain.

The team behind 'Golmal' is trying its best to rope in veteran Sandalwood actor Anant Nag to play the character of police DIG in the film.

Sunaad Gowtham, who is known for his work in Sandalwood films and Kannada serials has composed the music and also handled cinematography. One of the songs which was released on Youtube his already a hit.

The story and dialogues have been written by Ramanand Nayak. Producer Sudhir Shanbhog Karkala has written the screeplay.

'Pilibail Yamunakka' fame Pruthvi Ambar and Sherya Anchan form the lead pair in 'Golmal'.

Many fight sequences are said to be included in the film. The crew plans to shoot them in Bengaluru.
