Mangaluru, Jun 5: The hot trending topic currently in India is the new order issued on cow slaughter rules. While there is discussion pro and against cattle slaughter, a Tulu film will be made on the subject.

Award winning Tulu film director Chethan Mundadi is all set to bring out the movie. The film which is in its pre-production stage now, has finalised its story. The work on dialogues is in progress.

Chetan Mundadi has seen real incidents regarding cow slaughter. He has seen a strife between life and morals from close distance.While Chetan is working on a commercial film in Kannada and Tulu, indulging in a film on cow slaughter has created excitement in the film industry. The shooting of the film will start in mid-July and the selection of actors is in progress.

Chethan had received national and state award for his maiden directorial venture 'Madipu'. Cinema and small screen story writer Krishna Prasad and well known TV journalist Swami Muthooru are working on the story. Technicians of Madipu will be part of the crew. V Manohar will compose the music. Cinematography is by Ganesh Hegde. Ugram Srikanth will handle editing.
