BJP worker hacked to death in Thrissur; party blames CPI-M

Thrissur, Feb 13 (Agencies): A 20-year-old BJP was allegedly hacked to death in Thrissur district of Kerala. Nirmal, the victim, was murdered in Mukkattukara area of the district late last night, according to ANI report.

Soon after the incident, BJP accused ruling CPI-M of killing its worker even as it has called for a strike in the district on Monday. A few parts of the state, especially politically volatile Kannur, had witnessed clashes between CPI-M and BJP workers following lat year’s the Assembly election results.

Earlier, another BJP worker was allegedly hacked to death in politically violent Kannur district of Kerala. The incident had taken place near Dharmadom, which happens to be the constituency of state Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. BJP, meanwhile, alleged that CPM is behind the murder and has called a ‘hartal’ in the area.

The violence at the district of Kannur has a long trail in time, between political parties, especially BJP and CPI-M. Earlier, BJP leader and Lok Sabha MP Nalin Kumar Kateel today warned the CPI-M that the Centre would intervene if BJP workers continued to be physically targeted in left-ruled Kerala and would face retaliation in other parts of the country as well.

Wherever BJP enters, violence will start there and they are branding leftists, Dalits and NGOs as Anti nationals. Modi govt using govt machinery to target them. In reaction this kind of murders and physical assaults will increase across the country. BJP is representing just 30% people of this country and they cannot suppress the voice of 70% people. If they did so, retaliation will be there and BJP should not blame others for this. Leftists only can fight against BJP-Sangha Parivar in the country.

Yes...During Ommen Chandy rule, CPI(M) workers did not dare to kill anyone like this.. CPI(M) is purely Naxal or Terrorist Party..They will cut anyone into two pieces who oppose them including their own Leaders if they wish to jump from their Party..

Sad to see the serial death of bjp workers and eve the central govt is helpless against he brutal leftist terrorists.. the leftist agenda is always posing like intellect and then sucking blood of anyone and everyone who confronts them.. Be it stalin, mao, polpot or own kerala and Bengal everywhere the innocent blood has flown more than the water... it is almost impossible for bjp to tackle thse leftist butcheres with mere sticks.. expose them, get your strategy right, or leave the state to the thugs..
