MNCs find quality material in AMU


Aligarh, Sep 30 (IANS): At least 70 Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) students pursuing various postgraduate and undergraduate courses have been placed in well known multinational companies (MNCs), a university official said on Friday.

Students of BA, BSc, BCom, MA, MSc, MCom, MCA, MSW and MBA Courses have recently been placed in Tata Chemicals, Asian Paints, Bricsa Consulting, Srijan and Apex Services among other companies under the Campus-Placement-Drives organised by the Training and Placement Office(TPO)(General) of AMU.

Meanwhile, 22 Women's College students have been shortlisted for Vodafone and Accenture.

Saad Hameed, TPO (General) also confirmed that more MNCs were scheduled to visit AMU for hiring BTech, BE, Management, Commerce, Science and Humanities students.
