Margao: Salgaocar Held by Clube de Goa

Margao, Dec 11(mb): Sporting Clube de Goa rallied to hold Salgaocar 1-1 in an ONGC I-League match at the Nehru Stadium on Monday.

Salgaocar, the better team in the barren first half, scored through Milagres Gonsalves four minutes after the change of ends.

Sporting came strongly in the second half to restore parity in the 65th minute through, Elijah Obagbemiro. Both Goa teams have two points from four matches.
