New Delhi, Jan 19 (IANS): It was a foggy Tuesday morning here, with the minimum temperature recorded at 8.9 degrees Celsius, the Met Office said.
According to weather office, it will be a partly cloudy day ahead. The visibility at 8.30 a.m. was 300 metres and humidity was recorded at 97 percent.
The maximum temperature may hover around 19 degrees Celsius.
According to the Northern Railway, 14 trains were running late due to fog in and around the national capital. However, no train was cancelled or rescheduled.
Monday's maximum temperature settled at 19 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at six degrees Celsius, also a notch below the season's average.
