HC refuses to interfere in odd-even scheme

New Delhi, Jan 11 (IANS): The Delhi High Court on Monday refused to interfere in the Delhi government's 15-day odd-even restrictions for cars aimed at curbing air pollution.

A division bench of Chief Justice G. Rohini and Justice Jayant Nath said it will not "interfere unless the policy is unconstitutional or contrary to the statutory provisions".
