New Delhi, Dec 31 (IANS): The Premier Badminton League (PBL) on Thursday unveiled its official anthem 'Halla Macha De', composed by musicians Salim-Sulaiman.
The anthem can be seen on the PBL's Facebook page and will soon be available on YouTube. Salim-Sulaiman will perform the song live on January 2 during the opening ceremony of the league at the National Sports Complex of India (NSCI) in Mumbai.
"I am very happy the way the anthem has been created by Salim-Sulaiman. It perfectly captures and strikes the emotions of the player as well as the fans' feelings while the game is on," PBL chairman Akhilesh Das Gupta said.
He added, "I am sure the song will make each Indian and each badminton lover to come forward and create the noise that the league rightly deserves."
