Berlin, Dec 26 (IANS): Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt has announced the signing of Mexican international Marco Fabian, until now in the ranks of Cruz Azul on loan from Guadalajara.

The German club has announced that the 26-year-old Mexican midfielder will be with on until June 2019, reports Efe.

"Marco is a flexible offense player who can support our attack in central midfield as well as on the wings, plus he scores goals. With his call-ups to various tournaments he gathered plenty of international experience - we are glad to have him on board," Eintracht sporting director Bruno Hubner said in a statement on Friday.

The Mexican player, meanwhile, was pleased with the new challenge of jumping to the competitive German Bundesliga.

"I look forward to this new challenge, the No. 10 is an honour for me and I'll be doing everything for this number. I want to quickly integrate and work hard, so that we are successful," said Fabian.
