Tottenham technical director Baldini leaves club

London, Sep 28 (IANS): English football club Tottenham have parted company with technical director Franco Baldini by mutual consent on Monday.

Baldini joined the English club in 2013 to take charge of the club's scouting and transfer policy.

He was assistant manager to fellow Italian Fabio Capello during his time in charge of England.

"We can confirm that Franco Baldini has left the Club by mutual consent. Franco joined us as Technical Director in June 2013 from AS Roma where he was General Director. He leaves us now to spend time outside of club football," a club statement said on Monday.

"We wish him all the best for the future."
