Mumbai, Aug 20: Having left the last month of Season 8 to Farah Khan, Salman Khan had left to complete his shooting for
Bajarangi Bhaijaan and the actor is now reportedly all set to host Bigg Boss again.

It had been reported that the Colors channel which hosts Bigg Boss had approached Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh to host the series in Salman's stead. In both scenarios they had not received a favourable answer and had since had to get back to Salman Khan to return to the show that he has become universally synonymous with.

The way in which Salman Khan had made way for Farah Khan to host the show in his absence, many had construed it to be the indication that the show would here on have a different host namely the director choreographer Farah Khan. Since then Salman Khan has been through a gamut of stuff both professionally and personally. From court cases, conviction, bail and public outcry over a comment on Yusuf Memon to the stupendous appreciation and rapid ticket sales that his movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan received upon its release SK has been the headlines all along.

The actor at the previous season had made it very clear that he had found the experience of hosting the Bigg Boss 8 as 'tiring and painful.' The actor had seemed fatigued trying to keep all the inmats of the Bigg Boss house in line and not inclined towards being mean to each other.
