Myanmar to play football friendly against New Zealand


Yangon, Aug 18 (IANS): The Myanmar football team will play a friendly match against New Zealand on September 7 to raise funds for the victims of the recent floods, according to the Myanmar Football Federation on Tuesday.

The New Zealand team will arrive here at the end of August and will have training sessions with the Myanmar team, reports Xinhua.

The Myanmar team will consist of players from the Under-20 and U-23 sides.
