Panaji, May 29: After enjoying a leadership position in 12 cities broadcasting on 98.3 FM across the Country, Radio Mirchi has now formally started its operations in Goa soon after it was launched with Bollywood actor Tabu gracing the occasion.

The launching ceremony was held at Solar do Coloco House at Ribander, 3 kms away from Panaji.

The ceremony was graced by Tabu along with MD and CEO-Entertainment Network (India) Limited (ENIL-Radio Mirchi) A P Parigi and station head of Radio Mirchi in Goa Rasika Tonatta and pop sensation, Goa’s very own, Remo.

Radio Mirchi 98.3 will be broadcasting a diverse mix of shows which includes ‘Hello Goa’… ‘Khoobsurat’…’Total Filmi’…’Bindaas Ramdaas’ 'Radio Mirchi …’Purani Jeans’ and ‘Dr. Love’. Along with these exciting show’s the main highlight will be the weekend show called ‘Remo’s Sussegad Sundays’ which will be hosted by Remo himself.

The channel will be on air for 24 hours with Konkani being its sole medium of expression along with Hindi and English.

Radio Mirchi is at present known as the ‘Sunshine Channel’ with a baseline which reads ‘ITS HOT’.
