Bahrain, May 12: Karnataka Social Club "PRINCE & PRINCESS" contest was held in club premises on 10th May 2007 with the participation of more than 30 children in the age group of 4 to 8 years and 8 to 12 years.
The contest consisted of two age groups 4 to 8 years for boys and Girls and 8 to 12 for boys and girls. The children displayed their talents with enthusiasm as it’s a ideal platform to expose the skills.
It is said that “A smile can conquer a mountain”, they conquered the hearts of the audience of 250 members and guests who were present.
The winners were as follows;
Age group 4 to 8 Years Boys:
Winner – Kevin Carvalho.
Runner up – Steve Fernandes.
Age group 4 to 8 Years Girls:
Winner –Grishma Bhatia
Runner up –Joanna D’Souza.
Age group 8 to 12 Years Boys:
Winner –Shaun Alva.
Runner up –Enoch D’Souza.
Age group 8 to 12 Years Girls:
Winner –Eunice D’Souza
Runner up –Astrelle Gama.
Entertainment Secretary Rajesh Prabhu & Sydney Correa compered the programme. Sumptuous dinner was served to conclude.
