Bangladesh opt to bat vs India in first ODI

Mirpur (Bangladesh), June 18 (IANS): Bangladesh skipper Mashrafe Mortaza won the toss and decided to bat against India in the first One-Day International (ODI) of their three-match series at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium here on Thursday.

The teams:
Bangladesh: Tamim Iqbal, Soumya Sarkar, Litton Das, Mushfiqur Rahim, Shakib Al Hasan, Sabbir Rahman, Nasir Hossain, Mashrafe Mortaza (captain), Mustafizur Rahman, Rubel Hossain, Taskin Ahmed.

India: Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane, Suresh Raina, Mahndra Singh Dhoni (captain), Ravindra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Umesh Yadav, Mohit Sharma.
