Mangaluru, Jun 6: 'Bhaskar Coconut Groves', a luxury residential apartment by city-based promoters Udbhav Developers, was inaugurated by Mangaluru city corporation mayor Jacintha Vijay Alfred near Nanthoor junction, Tharethota here on Saturday June 6. Minister for urban development Vinaykumar Sorake unveiled the project.
Addressing the gathering, Sorake said, "I never expected such a beautiful building would come up in this locality. Udbhav Developers have built a very beautiful apartment, and I congratulate them on successfully completing such a beautiful project.
"In Karnataka, Mangaluru is the second city after Bengaluru to have a high number of apartments and many more are coming up. Construction industry needs to be supported as it creates huge job opportunities. We have simplified many rules for construction so that many jobs are created. I wish all the best to Udhav developers in all their future endeavours."
Jacintha Alfred said, "This apartment is built beautifully with all the modern amenities. I congratulate the developers on building such a nice apartment and pray that the developers build more and more projects."
