Mohali, May 3 (IANS): Mumbai Indians (MI) skipper Rohit Sharma won the toss and opted to bat against Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) in their Indian Premier League (IPL) encounter at the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) Stadium here on Sunday.

Teams:

MI: Lendl Simmons, Parthiv Patel, Uumukt Chand, Rohit Sharma (Captain), Ambati Rayudu, Kieron Pollard, Harbhajan Singh, Jagadeesha Suchith, R. Vinay Kumar, Mitchell McClenaghan, Lasith Malinga.
