KJO moved by 'Humari Adhuri Kahani' trailer


Mumbai, April 18 (IANS): Filmmaker Karan Johar has found the trailer of Mohit Suri's "Humari Adhuri Kahani" to be "compelling".

"Saw the compelling and dramatic trailer of @mohit11481's #humariadhurikahani...His command over emotions is unbelievable... will be out soon," Johar tweeted.

The film features acting talent as wonderful as the National Award winning Vidya Balan and Rajkummar Rao, as well as Emraan Hashmi.

Veteran filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt has in the past said that the movie will perhaps turn out to be Suri's career best directorial.

A year since '2 States', Arjun nostalgic

Time flies, and actor Arjun Kapoor agrees. It's been a year since his film "2 States" hit the screens, and he's glad the audience still loves it.

"Time flies...1 year of 2 states n still the film continues to grow...thank u for the love n reminding me of the memories #2States1Year," Arjun, who starred in the film with Alia Bhatt, shared on Twitter.

Even the Twitter handle of Dharma Productions, shared: "Mark 18th April as something special. #2States completes 1 full year of togetherness! Join in the celebration."

"2 States" was based on author Chetan Bhagat's "2 States: The Story Of My Marriage", and directed by Abhishek Varman.

Farhan denies acting in Nitya Mehra's film

Actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar says that apart from co-producing the film, he's not acting in Nitya Mehra's film.

"Some false news of me acting in Nitya Mehra's film doing the rounds. I'm not. Happy enough to be co-producing it. #twitterpetohbantahai," tweeted Farhan.

On Friday, he was in Muscat with his band to perform live.
